Clear a safe space and offer movement without jumping.

“Choose a snail, tortoise or sloth and show how it moves slowly.”

How the game continues

  1. Choose an animal.
  2. Make three slow movements.
  3. Hold a statue pose for a moment.
  4. Choose another animal if you want.

You are done when

After round three, freeze and share a quiet high five.

If you get stuck

Make the movement smaller or show it only with fingers. Safety matters more than performance.

More rounds

  • Do everything in slow motion.
  • The child leads one round.
  • Turn the movement into a sound or a face.

Safety

The adult removes obstacles. The child does not jump or climb on furniture.
