How the game continues
- Name three colours you can see.
- Name two sounds you can hear.
- If you want, name one feeling in your body.
You are done when
At the end choose a hug, a smile or a quiet pause.
If you get stuck
Do not force it. Shrink the task to one round or stop the activity.
More rounds
- Close your eyes only when it is safe.
- The adult shows their own example first.
- The child chooses the pace and the ending.
Three, two, one
Move through three calm rounds of “Three, two, one”. Any round may be the last.
