- It could be a hug, water or knowing what will happen next.
You are done when
At the end choose a hug, a smile or a quiet pause.
If you get stuck
Do not force it. Shrink the task to one round or stop the activity.
More rounds
- Close your eyes only when it is safe.
- The adult shows their own example first.
- The child chooses the pace and the ending.
Safety
The child stays with the adult, does not block other people and only observes the surroundings.
