Choose a safe spot by a closed window, then put the phone away.

How the game continues

  1. Look for raindrops, a puddle or sunshine.
  2. Listen for rain, wind or thunder.
  3. Choose one detail and describe it.

You are done when

The report ends after the detail. Rain is not required.

If you get stuck

If you hear no sound, say so. You can describe the colour or shape of something you see.

More rounds

  • Describe a detail without pointing and let the adult guess what it is.
  • Look only for tiny or giant things.
  • Give your report in a whisper.

Safety

Observe only by a closed window or from a safe distance. The child does not climb on furniture.
